Skype Contact Management

As if we go through the definition of management we can conclude that, Management is the process of getting things in proper manner. Also, it is essential in every part of human life. Like was we need contact management in Skype as well. Properly managed contact really makes account good looking and easy usable too. Now, let’s see how we can manage our contacts in Skype. In order to manage contact just deal with the option Contact.

On clicking the option contact number of option box appears, which are related with contact management.

The first option is, Add a Contact, with the help of this option new friends can be added. Next option is, Import a contact from, which Skype contacts of the Facebook friends can be instantly accessed. Third option is, Create a group from, which new groups can be created. Another option is, Contact Categories from, which all the groups will be visible at once. Another helpful option for Skype contact management is, Sort contacts by with the help of this option contacts can be sort according to the name or according to their online status. Manage Blocked Contacts

With the help of this option, we can either block or unblock the contacts from contacting us. On clicking the option following type of dialogue box appears from, which contacts can be blocked and unblocked.

In order to block the person click the option Block this person and save it. While to unblock the person click the option Unblock this person.

Remove Form contact

Maybe some of your friend might not worth to be at the contact list, so in such case removing them is the simplest solution.

In order to remove them, simply click the option Remove from contacts and following type of option appears, then click Remove to complete the process.
